WHEREAS, John G. Kowker has executed a Home Improvement Contract with
Haubert Homes, Inc. dated May 31, 2011 for the construction of an addition to the
premises known as 440 Prowell Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011. (See Legal Description
attached hereto and made a part hereof)
NOW, this X37 day of Aw"IJS 2011, at the time of and
immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has
been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Owner, and the further consideration of One Dollar to Contractor paid by
Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or
any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for
any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of
said foundation, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

Exhibit A - Legal Description
ALL THAT CERTAIN two lots of ground in Weber Meadow, formerly
known as Dietz Meadow, in Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, and known as Lots Nos. 13 and 14 on Plan of
Lots as laid out by Fred S. Weber, said lots being bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at low water mark along the eastern bank of
the Conodoguinet Creek, at corner of Lot No. 12, owned now or late
by Frances Lechleiter and James L. Young; thence eastwardly along
said lot of same two hundred ninety (290) feet, more or less, to center
of a public road leading from Orr's Bridge to Old State Road; thence
northwardly along the center of said public road one hundred (100)
feet, more or less, to corner of other lands now or late of Fred S.
Weber; thence westwardly along other lands now or late of Fred S.
Weber two hundred ninety (290) feet, more or less, to a point at low
water mark of said Conodoguinet Creek; thence southwardly along
low water mark of said Conodoguinet Creek one hundred (100) feet
to the place of BEGINNING.
EACH lot having a frontage of fifty (50) feet and known as Lots Nos.
13 and 14 on the above mentioned Plan.
