MORRIS and SANDRA K. MORRIS, husband and wife, (hereinafter, "ROBERT and SANDY") of 6353 N. Powderhorn Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania :17050, jointly and severally, hereby promise to pay to FLORENCE A. MORRIS, single person, (hereinafter, "FLORENCE" ) of 231 East Main Street, Shiremanstown, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 1.7011, the sum of Eight Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine and 00/100 ($899,999.00) Dollars, together with interest from the date hereof at the rate of three and five tenths (3.5%) percent per annum within eight (8) years of May 1, 2011, being the effective date of this Promissory Judgment Note (Modification). In the event of the death, resignation or inability to serve for any reason whatsoever of the said ROBERT A. MORRIS, I nominate and appoint my daughter, VIRGINIA K. BRENNEMAN, as Trustee of the 4 hereinabove described trusts. I direct that my Trustee or Trustees shall serve without bond and shall receive fair and reasonable compensation. FIFTH: I direct that all inheritance, estate, transfer, succession and death taxes, of any kind whatsoever, which may be payable by reason of my death, whether or not with respect to property passing under this Will, shall be paid out of the principal of my residuary estate. SIXTH: All interests hereunder, whether principal or income, which are undistributed and in the possession of the fiduciaries acting hereunder, even though vested or distribut- able, shall not be subject to attachment, execution or sequestra- tion for any debt, contract, obligation or lnablity of any beneficiary, and furthermore, shall not be subject to pledge, assignment, conveyance or anticipation.
