I, JEANNETTE MORRISON, of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this
to be a First Codicil to my will dated October 31, 2006. ~ ~~.=

Section 2.01 Specific Distribution to Michael A. Morrison
As soon as practicable after my death, if my husband has predeceased
me, I give the sum of $50,000.00 to Michael A. Morrison.
If Michael A. Morrison should predecease me, I give the property
subject to this distribution to the then living descendants of Michael
A. Morrison, per stirpes.
Property passing under this Section shall pass free of any
administrative expenses or death taxes.
SECOND: I revoke Section 2.03 of Article Two of my will and substitute therefor the
following new Section 2.03:
Section 2.03 Specific Distribution to Grandchildren
If my husband has predeceased me, then as soon as practicable after
my death, I give the sum of $10,000.00 to each of my surviving
grandchildren. If one of my grandchildren fails to survive me, then I
give said sum to his or her surviving issue, per stirpes.
If my husband survives me, this distribution shall. lapse and the
property subject to this distribution shall instead be distributed under
the other provisions of my will.
Property passing under this Section shall pass free of any
administrative expenses or death taxes.
THIRD: In all other respects, I confirm and republish my will dated October 31, 2006.

On the date last above written, we saw JEANNETTE MORRISON, in our presence, sign
the foregoing instrument at its end. She then declared it to be a First Codicil to her will and
requested us to act as witnesses to it. We then, in her presence and in the presence of each other,
signed our names as attesting witnesses, believing her at all times herein mentioned to be of sound
'nd and memory and not acting under constraint of any kind.

witnesses whose names are signed to the attached or foregoing instrument, being duly qualified
according to law do depose and say that we were present and saw the Testatrix sign and execute the
instrument as a First Codicil to her Last Will; that the Testatrix signed willingly and executed it as
her free and voluntary act for the purposes therein expressed; that each subscribing witness in the
hearing and sight of the Testatrix signed the First Codicil to her Last Will as a witness; and that to
the best of our knowledge the Testatrix was at that time eighteen or more years of age, of sound
mind and under no constraint or undue influence.

I, JEANNETTE MORRISON, Testatrix, whose name is signed to the attached or foregoing
instrument, having been duly qualified according to law, do hereby acknowledge that I signed and
executed the instrument as a First Codicil to my Last Will; that I signed it willingly; and that I
signed it as my free and voluntary act for the purposes therein expressed.
