and Request to Conduct a Hearing regarding the Estate of Clinton
E. Kauffman. You must either file the Status Red>ort prior to or
appear for a hearing at 9:30 AM on September 16, 2011.
I had forwarded the Clerk of the Orphans' Court'~> June 29, 2011
letter, together with the Status Report for completion, to you
on July 7, 2011, and copied the Register of Will~~.
Since we did not receive the cooperation needed t:o finalize the
estate administration required, we terminated our legal
representation with you on November 3, 2010, as ~_ndicated in the
attached letter.

be done on your brother's estate which is currently overdue. Kimberly Kauf
already received a check in the amount of $50,060.45 for her portion of the estate which was
shown on the First and Final Account and was approved in 3une by the caurt.
Since we have not received the cooperation needed to finalize the estate administration
required, we are terminating our legal representation with you..
Barb Brobst is the contact at Orrstown Bank to set up the Trust Account for Clint's sons ~-
you decide to turn the Trust over the bank. Her number is 530-2517 and .her fax numbere ~ x
9342. If you decide to do the administration of the Trust yourself, remember that incom
returns for the Trust must be filed annually.
Enclosed is a bill for the legal fees incurred to date. Please make payment to Saidis Sullivan
