AND NOW, this 25th day of August, 201 1, upon consideration of the Petition for Probate and
Grant of Letters and the Last Will and Testament of Kenneth Bankert, dated March 25, 2011, and
filed on this day by Kathleen C. Huffer, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the probate record is
opened to admit the later will which revokes any previous wills made by the testator. IT IS
FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary previously granted to James Samois and Scott
Staruch on August 25, 2011, and based on the Last Will and Testament dated February 12, 2007, are
hereby revoked.
