Objections to First and Partial Account of Wendell B. Stockdale, Sr., and Jane
Stockdale, Co-Executors and Statement of Proposed Distribution filed June 24,
2011, and Surcharge Action Against Co-Executors and Wix, Wenger & Weidner,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that:
1. Co-Executors, Wendell B. Stockdale, Sr., and Jane Stockdale, shall file
an Answer to Trustee, Mid Penn Bank's Petition; ~
