TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT: The Mechanicsburg Area School District by its Solicitors, Stock and Leader, LLP, hereby makes application to this Court for the appointment of School Police Officers for the Mechanicsburg Area School District under the provisions of the Public School Code of 1949, as amended, Section 778 (24 P.S. 7-778), and represents as follows: 1. That the Mechanicsburg Area School District is a duly organized and constituted school district located in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2.
