Zimmerman, Decedent herein. Petitioner has filed her Petition for Letters of Administration which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, seeking to be appointed Administratrix of her deceased husband's estate. 3. The present Administrator/Personal Representative, Zachary D. Campbell, Esquire, was appointed Personal Representative by this court upon his emergency petition filed on or about July 6 stating that it was for purposes of service of process upon the estate. 4. Mr. Campbell's petition specifically stated at Paragraph 18: "Undersigned counsel has no objection to and will immediately renounce the appointment as Personal Representative if decedent's spouse, Margaret A. Zimmerman, would like to be appointed Personal Representative at a later date." Mr. Campbell's Renunciation, which has been filed with the Register of Wills, is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
