AND NOW, this 3~ day of A uq u~ ~ , 2011, upon consideration of the Petition for
Citation to Account Filed by the Petitioners, Frank A. Mosher, Anne Corbin and Eileen Mosher
Freeby ("Petitioners") against Respondent, Paul M. Mosher, as well as the subsequent filings
related thereto, and counsel's representation to the Court that Paul M. Mosher agrees to his
removal, it is ORDERED that Respondent, Paul M. Mosher, is hereby removed as Trustee of the
Mosher Family Irrevocable Trust.
It is further ORDERED that Silas Mosher is hereby appointed as successor Trustee of the
Mosher Family Irrevocable Trust.
This ORDER shall be effective immediately upon entry.
