AND NOW, this 30th day of August, upon consideration of the following documents as
verification that no bond is required pursuant to Pa. C.S. § 3174(b)(2);
The presentation of a current driver's licenses for Leigh Ann Shenk indicating that
she is a now legal resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania;
The renunciation of Christine Shenk and Stephanie Sherik-Little, the residuary
legatees, to Leigh Ann Shenk;
And the Order of Court of Judge Albert H. Masland authorizing the grant of letters of
administration to Leigh Ann Shenk, for the estate of M. Robert Shenk,
It is HEREBY DECREED that the bond set at is waived and that Letters of
Administration d.b.n. shall be granted to Leigh Ann Shenk.
