Gribble, Executor of the Estate and under the st Will and Testament of Marie E. Gribble, Deceased, have been duly filed and advertised according to v and rules of court, and that said Account was duly confirmed and Statement of Proposed Distribution ly approved by this Court on October 11, 201 l; and it further appearing that said Executor has proposed said Statement of Proposed Distribution to distribute the Decedent's real estate in kind to himself in his lividual capacity, as beneficiary under the above mentioned Last Will and Testament; and said Court aving decreed distribution in accordance with said Statement of Proposed Distribution on October 11, 011, [T IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that all right, title and interest of the said MARIE GRIBBLE, Deceased, in and to the following described real estate parcel is hereby awarded in fee imple to DAVID E. GRIBBLE: ALL that certain lot of ground situate in the Township of Monroe (heretofore erroneously referred ~ as Silver Spring Township), County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being lot No. 79 on a lan of lots known as Point Comfort, laid out for George B. and Minnie G. Vogelsong by Clark A. Bryan, '.E., August 1924, and recorded in Recorder's Office in and for said County of Cumberland in Plan Book Page 36. The above described lot of ground is granted and conveyed subject to the restriction that no uildings shall be erected thereon within twenty (20) feet of the front line of said lot. BEING the same lot of ground which Henry L. Miller and Verna M. Miller, his wife, by deed dated LAW OFFICES my 18, 1953 and recorded in the Recorder's Office at Carlisle, PA., in Deed Book "H", Volume 15, Page SNELBAKER & 85, granted and conveyed to Emory H. Gribble and Marie E. Gribble, his wife. BRENNEMAN, P.C. The said Emory H. Gribble died on May 22, 1975 whereupon title to said Parcel vested in Marie E. ibble by operation of law as surviving tenant by the entireties. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a certified copy of this Decree shall be ed in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, among the recorded in said Office, said Decree to be indexed in the Grantor Index for Deeds against the Estate MARIE E. GRIBBLE, Deceased, and in the Grantee Index for Deeds to DAVID E. GRIBBLE, pursuant the Section 3536 of the Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries Code (20 Pa. C.S. 3536). By the Court, J.
