GRIBBLE, LATE ~-'~;' OF MONROE TOWNSHIP, ~, ~ .CUMBERLAND COUNTY, <-=PENNSYLVANIA, DECEASED IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA ORPHANS' COURT DIVISION ESTATE NO. 21-09-1072 DECREE AWARDING REAL ESTATE AND NOW, this day of 201 ] it appearing that the First and Final and Statement of Proposed Distribution of David E. Dribble, Executor of the Estate and under the Will and Testament of Marie E. Dribble, Deceased, have been duly filed and advertised according to w and rules of court, and that said Account was duly confirmed and Statement of Proposed Distribution my approved by this Court on October 1 1, 201 1; and it further appearing that said Executor has proposed in said Statement of Proposed Distribution to distribute the Decedent's real estate in kind to himself in his individual capacity, as beneficiary under the above mentioned Last Will and Testament; and said Court aving decreed distribution in accordance with said Statement of Proposed Distribution on October 11, Ol 1, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that all right, title and interest of the said MARIE IE. GRIBBLE, Deceased, in and to the following described real estate parcel is hereby awarded in fee ~imple to DAVID E. GRIBBLE: ALL that certain lot of ground situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, ituate on the south side of Fairfield Street, having a frontage on said street of fifty (50) feet, a width in the ear of fifty (50) feet, and a depth of one hundred forty-one and five-tenths (141.5) feet; said lot being ounded on the north by said Fairfield Street, on the east by Lot No. 79 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan f Lots, on the south by a five (5) foot private right-of--way or alley, and on the west by Lot No. 77 on said ereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots. BEING Lot No. 78 in a certain Plan of Lots known as Point Comfort, laid out for George H. Vogelsong and Minnie C. Vogelsong, by Clark A. Bryan, Engineer and Surveyor, August 1924, and recorded in Plan Book 2, Page 36 in the Recorder's Office of said County. LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER & BEING the same premises which George B. Vogelsong and Minnie C. Vogelsong, his wife, by BRENNEMAN, P.C. eed dated April 1 1, 1928, and recorded in the Recorder's Office at Carlisle, Pennsylvania in Deed Book "U", Volume ] 0, Page 247, granted and conveyed unto Emory A. Gribble and Lillian M. Gribble, his wife. Thereby being conveyed from Emory A. Gribble and Lillian M. Gribble, his wife, by deed dated April 25, 1951, and recorded in Recorder's Office of Cumberland County in Deed Book "R", Volume 14, Page 36.5, granted and conveyed to Emory H. Gribble and Marie E. Gribble, his wife. The above described lot of ground is granted and conveyed subject to the restriction that no ilding shall be erected on said lot within twenty (20) feet of the front line of said lot. The said Emory H. Gribble died on May 22, 1975 whereupon title to said Parcel vested in Marie E. ibble by operation of law as surviving tenant by the entireties. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a certified copy of this Decree shall be :orded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, among the ids recorded in said Office, said Decree to be indexed in the Grantor Index for Deeds against the Estate MARIE E. GRIBBLE, Deceased, and in the Grantee Index for Deeds to DAVID E. GRIBBLE, pursuant the Section 3536 of the Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries Code (20 Pa. C.S. 3536). By the Court, J.
