arise out of a retail installment sale, contract, or account
based on a confession of judgment, but if it does, it is based
on the appropriate original proceeding filed pursuant to Act 7
of 1996 as amended; and for real property pursuant to Act 6 of
1974 as amended.
Issue a Writ of Execution in the above-matter to the
Sheriff of Cumberland County, for debt, interests and costs,
upon the following described property of Defendant (s):
Any and all electronic equipment, motor vehicle(s),
personal property, cash and other contents of the

attorney 04-03-12. Did NOT send copy of writ to defendant; waiting on attorney to provide a good
address to mail one.
03/30/2012 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, being duly sworn according to law, states he made diligent search and
inquiry for the within named Defendant to wit: Richard Naugle A/iVA Richard L. Naugle, Jr., but was
unable to locate the Defendant in his bailiwick. The Sheriff therefore returns the within requested Writ of
Execution as "Not Found" at 32 Center Street, Lot 28, Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065.
11/01/2012 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned as ABANDONED. No action on writ in over 6 months.
