Weidner filed in the above-captioned matter, William A. Duncan,
Esquire, is appointed auditor, and the First and Partial Account
of Wendell B. Stockdale, Sr., and Jane Stockdale, co-executors,
will not be confirmed at this time because of the pendency of the
objections.
