C.S. ~ 3532 TO THE CLERK OF THE ORPHANS' COURT DIVISION: Please enter the claim of METTE, EVANS & WOODSIDE, 3401 North Front Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110-0950, in the amount of Six Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($6,150.00), plus interest thereon from August 1, 2011, at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per annum, against the above-entitled estate. The Claimant, METTE, EVANS & WOODSIDE, hereby asserts a claim against the Decedent's Estate for legal services and associated expenses incurred in the representation of the Estate and the personal representative of the Estate, for which payment has not been made.
