DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 29th day of August, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters
filed by Pamela K. Frazier, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the Last
Will and Testament, which is dated November 1, 2005, and containing certain modifications thereon, the
Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination. regarding those
modifications and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument be admitted to probate as The Last Will grid Testament of
Peggie K. Dick with the following modifications.
1. The handwritten interlineation, "Ring was given to her 2006" of ARTICLE II, (A) is not: admitted to
probate as it is unsigned.
2. The obliteration of the word "STEPHYNE HAYS" of ARTICLE II, (C) and the modification to include
the handwritten sentence, "decided to give this ring to Lynn McNaughten cause I gave IJ~ebi, Faith &
Stephyne a diamond years ago, & Stephyne has diamonds & Lynn does not -Fall of 2007'", are admitted
to probate as they are signed by the testator.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Pamela K. Frazier.
