WHEREAS, Shannon E. Mease and Jennifer L. Mease of 1 Nottin9h6m mad,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract,
with Claypool III - Tiday, LLC of 19 Skyline Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA, for the erection of a
building upon premises commonly known as Lot 126, Meadowbrook Farms, Township
Middlesex, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated 08108111,
recorded at Instrument Number 201122428, in the Recorder's Office for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A' which is incorporated
herein and attached hereto.
NOW, August 26, 2011, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration
of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar
($1.00), to contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen
or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situated in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, PA,
being Lot No. 126, as shown on a plan entitled, "Meadowbrook Farms, Final Subdivision Plan, Phase VII,"
dated April 10, 2008 by PennTetra Engineering, Inc., State College, PA, recorded January 25, 2010 as
instrument number 201002071, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin being a northeasterly corner of Lot 125 and lying in a southerly R/W line of
Country Side Drive (50' R/W); thence, along said R/W along a curve to the left having a chord bearing of
N79°56'32"E, a chord distance of 80.75 feet, a radius of 325.00 feet, and an arc length of 80.95 feet to an iron
pin lying along said R/W and being a westerly corner of Bellwood Court (50' R/W); thence, along Bellwood
Court (50' RNA along a curve to the right having a chord bearing of S66°18'01 "E, a chord distance of 32.73
feet, a radius of 25.00 feet, and an arc length of 35.69 feet to an iron pin; thence, continuing along said R/W
S25024'25"E 35.07 feet to an iron pin; thence, continuing along said R/W along a curve to the right having a
chord bearing of S022 1'49"W, a chord distance of 163.08 feet, a radius of 175.00 feet, and an arc length of
169.64 feet to an iron pin lying along said R/W and being an easterly corner of Lot 127; thence, along said lot
N59°51 '57"W 128.59 feet to an iron pin being a northerly corner of said lot and an easterly comer of Lot
125; thence, along Lot 125 N02055'1 9"W 129.29 feet to an iron pin, being the place of beginning, containing
0.503 acres.
Lot 126 is subject to a 10' wide utility & sidewalk easement along its street frontages
