ORDER OF COURT AND NOW, this day of September, 2011, upon consideration of the foregoing application and on the motion of Philip H. Spare, Esquire, Attorney for the Big Spring School District, the request of the foregoing application is granted and the persons listed below are hereby appointed School Police Officers for the Big Spring School District for the year ending June 30, 2012, pursuant to the Public School Code of 1949, as amended, Section 778 (24 P.S. 7-778) upon compliance with the other requirements of the aforesaid Act. SkL-k+ ceder COPH A IN RE: APPOINTMENT OF SCHOOL IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF POLICE OFFICERS FOR BIG SPRING CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 11-01q CIVIL TERM PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF ADDITIONAL SCHOOL POLICE OFFICERS TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT: The Big Spring School District by its Solicitors, Stock and Leader, LLP, hereby makes application to this Court for the appointment of additional School Police Officers for the Big Spring School District under the provisions of the Public School Code of 1949, as amended, Section 778 (24 P.S. 7-778), and represents as follows: 1. That the Big Spring School District is a duly organized and constituted school district located in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. That said Big Spring School District is desirous of and in need of School Police Officers to act on behalf of said School District. 3. That the Board of School Directors of the Big Spring School District has by resolution adopted on December 19, 2011, designated the following named persons to act as School Police Officers for the school year ending June 30, 2012, subject to the appointment by your Honorable Court: Jaye Alleman 324 E.
