I, Kenneth Bankert, of 217 Eutaw St., New Cumberland,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills and
Codicils previously made by me.
ITEM I: I direct that payment of all my just debts,
expenses of my last illness, funeral expenses, and the costs of
administering my estate from my estate as soon after my death as
conveniently may be done.
ITEM II: I give, devise and bequeath the sum of
$900,000.00 to Romayne Ragusa, my sister, now of 12855 NE 11th
Court, N. Miami, Florida.
ITEM III: I give, and bequeath the sum of $5,000.00 to
each of the following:
A. Edward Erney now of 2731 N. 2nd St. Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania.
B. Joan L. Erney, his daughter, now of 505 Park Avenue,
New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
C. Russell Myers Whisler, Jr., 915 Cassel Road,

Manchester, Pennsylvania.
D. Judy Yanoncak, a friend, now of R. D. #1 Lykens,
Pennsylvania.
E. John Yanoncak, her brother.
F. Amber Leibic, my neighbor.
G. Hilda Stein, a friend, now of 615 Arsenal Road, York,
Pennsylvania
H. Northern York County Fish & Game Association.
I. Mitchel K. Wolfe, 950 Orchard Avenue, Camp Hill,

ITEM IV: I give and bequeath the sum of $10,000 to
each of the following:
A. Esther Bankert Whisler, my cousin, and her daughter
B. Carolyn Ann Kessler, of 179 South 4th. Street, Box 191,
Mount Wolf, Pennsylvania 17347.

ITEM VI: I give and bequeath the sum of $2,000.00 to
each Serene Noble and Robert Noble now of 703 YMCA Drive, New
Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
ITEM VII:: I give and bequeath the sum of $200,000.00 to
Trinity United Methodist Church, New Cumberland,

Pennsylvania.
ITEM VIII: I give and bequeath the sum of $100,000.00 to
Mount Olivet Cemetery Association, in trust for care and
maintenance of cemetery.
ITEM IX: I give devise and bequeath all the rest and
residue of my estate equally to the following: New Life for
Girls of York County, Pennsylvania; Salvation Army of
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; Bethesda Mission of Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania; Trinity United Methodist Church of New
Cumberland, Pennsylvania and Mount Olivet Cemetery
Association, in trust for care and maintenance of cemetery in
Fairview Township, York County, Pennsylvania.
ITEM X: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint
Romayne Ragusa, my sister and Attorney Scott Staruch of Park
Avenue, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania as sole executors of
this my Last Will and Testament and in the event Romayne
Ragusa refuses or is unable to act for any reason, then I
appoint the above James Samois in her place and stead as co-
executor. with Attorney Scott Staruch and in the event Both
Romayne Ragusa and James Samois refuses or unable to act for
any reason then I hereby appoint foregoing James Huffer as
co-executor with Attorney Scott Staruch.
