AUDITOR'S APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION c~ ~`'
AND now comes the Auditor, pursuant to C.C.O.C.R. 8.2, and makes application to the Court for
an extension of time to file his Report, stating in support the following:
1. The Auditor's appointment by this Court was dated March 1, 2011;
2. March 22, 2011, Counsel for the Objectants and the Accountant met with the auditor to
discuss discovery, scheduling and attempt to determine which disputed matters
required adjudication or were susceptible to settlement.
3. All parties cooperated in completing discovery in timely fashion.
4. Scheduling difficulties resulting from, variously, conflicting summer vacation schedules
and the Auditor's illness during July 2011, resulted in the first hearing being scheduled
for October 7, 2011.
5. The parties expect a single hearing to be sufficient time to present all relevant facts.
6. In order for the parties to have the benefit of transcript of the hearing testimony before
filing proposed findings for the audit, the Auditor's time for filing his Report should be
extended until the end of November, 2011.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned Auditor hereby respectfully makes application to the
Court, pursuant to C.C.O.C.R. 8.2, for an extension of time for filing his Report until November
30, 2011.
