OF NICHOLAS JON MAJERCHIK, DECEASED
Know that Nicholas Jon Majerchik, late of New Cumberland,
Cumberland County, deceased, died testate on May 25, 2011, having first
made his Last Will and Testament that was duly executed on February 24,
2007, and is duly recorded in Cumberland County under number 201.1-
00657;
WHEREAS, Nicholas Jon Majerchik, by his Last Will and
Testament, named his wife, Lisa Ann Majerchik as Executrix of his Last
Will and Testament;
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary on the Estate of Nicholas Jon
Majerchik were duly issued by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, to the Executrix;
WHEREAS, the Executrix has gathered the assets of the Estate of
Nicholas Jon Majerchik and the assets consist of personal property with a
total value of $ 130,538.70, as set forth in the Statement of Account that is
attached hereto as "Exhibit A";
WHEREAS, the Executrix has paid the debts of the Estate in the
amount of $4,407.071eaving abalance for distribution of $126,131.6:3, as set
forth in Exhibit A;
WHEREAS, the balance for distribution as shown in Exhibit A has
been distributed in accordance with the terms of the Last Will and Testament
of Nicholas Jon Majerchik;
NOW, THEREFORE, we, Lisa A. Majerchik, the wife and a
beneficiary of the Decedent, Nicholas Jon Majerchik, and Julia A.
Majerchik, the mother of Nicholas Jon Majerchik, each of us, acknowledge
that we have this day received all money, legacies, bequests, and devises as
are given, devised, and bequeathed to each of us in accordance with ithe Last
Will and Testament of Nicholas Jon Majerchik, as set forth in the Statement
of Distribution attached hereto as "Exhibit B". -?

AND, we, Lisa A. Majerchik and Julia A. Majerchik, do hereby
stipulate that to avoid the expense and time involved in the filing of a formal
account and schedule of distribution, we agree that no account is necessary
and we agree that we consent to the distribution being made without the
formal filing of an account and schedule of distribution, the same to be with
the same force and effect. as if the documents had been filed and confirmed
by the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
THEREFORE, we do each hereby release, quitclaim, and forever
discharge the Executrix, Nicholas Jon Majerchik's heirs, Timothy A.
Holmes, their executors, administrators and assigns, from all actions, suits,
payments, accounts, reckonings, and claims touching upon the Estate of
Nicholas Jon Majerchik. And, each of us do hereby covenant and agree that
should any liability come due to the estate of Nicholas Jon Majerchik after
signing this agreement, we do hereby covenant and agree with each other
that we will contribute pro rata our share of the estate to satisfy any and all
claims, demands, suits, or causes of action which may be successfully
prosecuted against the estate or personal representative after the signing,
sealing, and delivery of this family settlement agreement and final release.
