ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 12th day of September, 2011, after hearing in the above-
captioned matter and the victim of the Indirect Criminal Contempt charge pending in
Philadelphia County, Gertrude Steigleman, having advised that Court that she no longer
desires to prosecute that matter, and David Steigelman having been continuously
incarcerated in the Cumberland County Prison since April 6, 2011;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the detainer filed by
Philadelphia County is hereby lifted.
Additionally, when David Steigleman is placed in the nursing home, a copy of this
Court Order shall be provided to the nursing home administrator and no warrant or
detainer shall be served upon David Steigleman without the expressed permission of
this Court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that after agreement between
counsel, and the Court finding it to be in the best interest of David Steigleman, he shall
remain in the Cumberland County Prison pending availability of a bed at the Claremont
Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
