KERSTETTER, of Monroe Township, Cumberland Count Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memo and underst y~ rY andmg, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my bast Will and Testament, hereby revokin and makin g g void any and all Wills or Codicils at any time heretofore made by me. ARTICLE I DEBTS I direct the payment of all my legal debts, and the expenses of my last illness and funeral from my Estate as soon after my death as conveniently may be done. ARTICLE II TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY I give and bequeath my motor vehicle(s), my household and personal effects and oth er tangible personalty of like nature (not including cash or securities), together with an e ' y xisting insurance thereon, unto my wife, DOROTHY J. KERSTETTER, provided she survives me b thirty (30) days. Should my wife, DOROTHY J. KERSTETTER not be Y living on the thirty-first (31St) day following my death, I give and bequeath unto those individuals who survive me who are designated on a list or memorandum signed by me which refers to this Will or is fou nd with a copy thereof, those items beside their names; provided that no such list or :memorandum shall be valid unless it is received by my Personal Representative within thirty (30;1 da s of m P Y y ersonal Representative's qualification. I give and bequeath the remainder of the items described in this Article II in shares as is practicable unto those of my children who as nearly equa survive me, to be divided among them a; they may agree. I suggest, but do not require, that such tangible ersonal p property be divided a; follows: Each of my children may select one item, in rotation, in order to determin such time at which the items chosen b that chil ed by lot, until Y d reach his or her propol-tionate share of the total value, or until such time as the child wishes to make no further selections„ Any items not selected by my children shall be sold and the net proceeds used to a ualize s concerning this or any other method q hares. Any disputes of allocation shall be resolved in my Personal Representative's discretion.
