We,the Beneficiaries of Betty J. Diven have been informed of the administration and final settlement of
the Estate as witnessed below We agree with the distribution of assets and release the Executor, Russell
T. Diven, from any personal liability. Should any debts or liabilities surface after distribution of assets,
each beneficiary or their heirs, will return sufficient share to cover said debts or liabilities.
