the attached Petition to Sell Real Estate, it is hereby Ordered that the Permanent Plenary
Guardian of the Estate of Dorothy Deaven is hereby authorized to sell the real estate
owned by Dorothy Deaven located at 712 Middle Lane, Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania "AS IS - WHERE IS" with all faults and current conditions to an
appropriate buyer and said Guardian is also authorized to execute any and all documents
relating to the sale by signing as Guardian of the Person and Estate of Dorothy Deaven.
