A• To retain as part of my estate, or of the

by law as proper investments for fiduciaries or

my death, whether or not such propert ass
Y p es under this, my Will,
and whether such taxes be payable by my estate or b
y any recipient
of any such property, shall be paid by my personal re
presentatives,

or my Trustee, at such time or times as may be deemed advisable,
out of my general estate as part of the expenses of the
administration thereof with no right of reimbursement from any
recipient of any such property.
ITEM VII: No interest of any beneficiary under this Will or
any Codicil hereto, or of any beneficiary under any trust created
under this Will, shall be subject to assignment, anticipation,
attachment or any other voluntary or involuntary alienation, nor
shall such interest of any such beneficiary be subject in any way
to the claims of creditors of such beneficiary.
ITEM VIII: I appoint MANUFACTURERS AND TRADERS TRUST COMPANY
and ELIZABETH L. ELLENBERGER, as Co-Executors o.f this, my Last Will
and Testament.
ITEM IX: I direct that no personal representative hereunder
shall be required to provide security, surety or bond in any
jurisdiction for the faithful performance of any duty under this
Will. This clause is applicable only to such personal
representatives as are specifically named in this Will.
