Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER & BRENNEMAN, P.C. the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owner's account with the Claimant, which sum of $758.78 was duly assessed against the above Owner and premises beginning January 1, 2011 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises, together with attorney's fees, in accordance with the Municipality Authorities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P.
