Know all men by these presents, that I,

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, have made, constituted and appointed
Jane H. Sparlinq to be my 2nd
Deputy and Attorney-in-fact to transact and perform Administration of
Oaths and Affirmations in the performance of duties appertaining to
the above-named office (in accordance with Act of August 9, 1955, P.L.
County Code, Section 1306
323), hereby authorizing and empowering Jane H. Sparlinq , my said
Deputy and Attorney-in-fact, to do and perform the duties mentioned
above, and things necessary to be done by me in the aforesaid office,
according to law, in as full and ample manner as I myself could or
might to the same.
