DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 20th day of September, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition for Probate and
Grant of Letters filed by Kenn Hass, dated and filed on September 13, 2011, for the Estate of Sarah G.
Hass, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the Petitioner shall post surety bond in the amount. of
$10,000.00 in the name of the Commonwealth. Pursuant to Cumberland County Local Rule 359,
any corporation acting as surety shall have filed in the office of the Prothonotary, a copy of its last
annual statement to the Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED, that if, pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.A. 3174(b)(iii), the Petitioner
agrees to administer the Estate with resident co-personal representative, Kara Miller, and files an
statement with the averment that all assets will remain in the custody and control of the resident
co-personal representative, then bond shall be waived.
