MILE MILKOVIC and ZELJKA MILKOVIC, with an address of 23 Southmont Drive,
Enola, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Owner", have entered into a contract with Richmar
Builders, Inc., with an address of 6160 G Springford Drive, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter
called "Contractor", for the improvements of a residential dwelling upon land of Owner having an
address of 2279 Mill Road, Lot 26, Bumble Bee Hollow, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
NOW, this 20th day of SEPTEMBER, 2011, before any authority has been given by the said
Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or purchase materials
for the same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against said property described in Exhibit "A" by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by
any of the material-men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the installation and construction of said improvements, the
right to file such liens being expressly waived.
THIS Stipulation Against Liens has been executed by Contractor and Owner on the day
above written.

ALL THAT CERTAIN single family Lot No. 26 (the "Lot"), of Bumble Bee Hollow, a Planned Community, located in Upper Allen Township Cumberland County
Pennsylvania, as designated in the Declaration Covenants, Condition, Restrictions and
Easements for Bumble Bee Hollow, a Planned Community (hereinafter the "Declaration")
dated November 4, 2008 and recorded November 10, 2008 in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania to Instrument No. 200836626 and as
shown on a Declaration Plan recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania to Instrument No. 200836626; as amended by a First
Amendment to Declaration dated July 22, 2009 and recorded July 23, 2009 to
Instrument Number 200925720 and as shown on a Declaration Plan recorded to
Instrument Number 200925720; and further amended by a Second Amendment to
Declaration dated March 31, 2010, and recorded on April 27, 2010 to Instrument No.
201010583, the Lot is more particularly bound and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Lot 26 on the southern Dedicated Right-of-Way
Line of South Wooley Hollow Way, thence by the same; North 36 degrees 16 minutes 21
seconds East 144.83 feet; thence along Lot 27 South 53 degrees 43 minutes 39
seconds East 170.00 feet; thence along Lot 37 South 36 degrees 16 minutes 21
seconds West 90.07 feet; thence along Lot 51 North 71 degrees 34 minutes 47 seconds
West 178.60 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
