NOTICE OF CLAIM
TO THE CLERK OF THE ORPHANS' COURT:
Please enter the claim of John W. Maxwell ("Claimanf') against fhe Estate of
Charles J. Rife ("Decedent"). Claimant is a remainder beneficiary of the Edith S. Rife
Trust, of which Decedent was Trustee. Claimant asserts a claim for surcharge of
Decedent's Estate in an amount approximating $600,000.00 for various breaches of
fiduciary duty committed by Decedent as Trustee of the Edith S. Rife Trust.
Decedent, Charles J. Rife, died September 25, 2010, having last resided at 1849
Fisher Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. Written notice of this claim has been sent to
Fred H. Junkins, Executor of the Estate of Charles J. Rife, deceased, by first class mail,
addressed to Murrel R. Walters, III, the attorney for the Estate, at 54 East Main Street,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
