As I discussed with you on September 2, 2011, enclosed is a new Petition for Probate and
Grant of Letters with regard to the Estate of Marilyn L. Fisher. As we discussed, a new oath is
not necessary since the language on the oath form that was previously submitted is the same as
the language on the new form. We apologize for the condition of the Petition form - it was
damaged by the recent flooding during its transmission back to me from my client.
Also, this confirms that you have retained all of the previously submitted documents and
check for the filing fee. Also enclosed is a new self addressed stamped envelope for return of the
