including but not limited to attorney fees and expenses of litigation, sufflzred or incurred by the
Company under any policy oF title insurance or endorsement wh/ch the Compav~y may issue or
cause to be issued, resulting directly or indirectly from any construction lien claim or action to
£ereclose ,qny construcIaon l/em affecting thc ProperS'. The tmdersigned further a~ees that, if
any person insured by the Company is made a party, to any construction lien lbr¢closure, the
anderstgned, upon demand by the Company will arrange at the unders~gned's expense, for legal
represen~don and defense of such proceedang on the/nsured's behalL and will pay any attorney
fees, costs or olhcr judgement wMch may be rundered against the insured. Tl~e undersigned
