Unpaid balance of credit account #00000089990641. Principal balance is
$623.40, Interest and attorney's fee added per the parties' agreement on
the unpaid balance. The interest is at 21.6% per annum, commencing on
2/3/04 (totaling $22.44); attorney's fees at 35% (totaling $226.04). Total
now due and owing Plaintiff is $871.89, plus costs.
I, Ron Z. Opher. Esq. verify that the facts set forth in this complaint are true and
correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief. This statement is made subject to the penalties of
Section 4904 of the Crimes Code (18 PA. C.S. § 4904) related to unsworn falsification to authorities.
