Burford ("Owners") and that certain tract of land improvements thereon, owned by Owners and described as follows: 407 North Baltimore Avenue Mount Holly Springs, PA 17065 Tax Property Map: 23-32-2336 Parcel No.: 060 costs incurred by the Claimant in cutting and removing weeds and/or vegetation from the tract of land. Said costs arose due to Owners allowing weeds and other vegetation to grow remain on the above tract of land and said Owners' failure to remove same from the above of land contrary to the provisions of Chapter X, Section 1 and Section 2 of the Borough of Holly Springs Code of Ordinances, with the removal thereof being directed by Borough ouncil in accordance with the above provisions of the Borough of Mount Holly Springs Code Ordinances. The kind and character of the services so rendered consisted of the reasonable for entry upon the premises, moving, removal and disposal of debris, weeds and vegetative the use of equipment for cutting such growth and the use of vehicles and/or trucks for LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER & BRENNEMAN, P.C. removal and disposal thereof and all labor associated with the foregoing, which costs total *lq .eo M " aw a%q 0,2(P-504 AV . $585.48 and constitute an accurate accounting of the services rendered and the prices charged therefor, said amount being a true and correct statement of the Owners' account with the Claimant, which sum of $585.48 was duly assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning September 21, 2011, and which sum, together with interest and costs, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with Chapter X, Section 2 of the Borough of Mount Holly Springs Code of Ordinances, the Municipality Authorities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P. S. §§ 5601, et sea., as supplemented and amended and/or the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act, May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S. §§ 7101, et seq., as supplemented and amended.
