LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, N~ARJORIE G. WALMER, of the Township of Lower Paxton,
County of Dauphin and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being
of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do
make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills
and codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST. I order and direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid by my Executrix or Executor, as
the case may be, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently
may be done after my decease.
SECOND. I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand
($1,000.00) Dollars unto each of my grandchildren, namely,
MICHAEL WALMER, WILLIAM L. WAL1!!tER, JR. , KRISTINE F4ALASER,

(2) equal parts, which parts shall be distributed and
disposed of in the following manner:
A. I give, devise and bequeath one (1) such

equal part of my residuary estate unto my son.,
WILLIAi~1 L. WALP~IER, absolutely and in fee simple,
if he survives me. If my said son should predecease
me, I order and direct that said one equal part
of my estate shall be added to and distributed
as part of the disposition in Paragraph B
immediately below.
k3. I give, devise. and bequeath one (1) such
equal part of my residuary estate unto my daughter,
SUSAN COLISTRA, absolutely and ir. fee simple, if she
survives me. Lf my said daughter should predecease
me, I order and direct that the assets passing under
this Paragraph $ shall be distributed unto the issue
of my said daughter per stirpes by representation and
not per capita.
C. Lf any person or persons entitled to any
portion of my Estate under the provisions of Paragraph B
immediately above has not attained the age of twenty-
two (22) years at the time for distribution thereof,
I order and direct that the share of each such bene-
ficiary under the age of twenty-two (22) years shall
be distributed and delivered unto DAUPHI~3 DEPOSIT BAI~Ih
AND TRUST COMPANY of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, as my
testamentary trustee, IN SEPARATE TRUST, hTEVERTHELE5S,
to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the same for
and. on behalf of such underage beneficiary, said Trustee
to have discretionary power and authority to use and
expend from time to time such amounts of both income
and principal for the beneficiary's support, maintenance
and education as said Trustee shall deem necessary
and proper; and upon the beneficiary's attainment of
age twenty-two (22) years, said Trustee shall terminate
the trust and deliver unto the beneficiary the net
remaining balance thereof after payment of the
Trustee's fees, costs and expenses, absolutely..

LASTLY. I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter,
SuSAi1 COLISTRA, to be the Executrix of this, h~:y Last Will
and Testament, to serve without bond, but if for any reason my

so to serve, then and in that event, I nominate, constitute
and appoint my son, WILLIAM L. WALMER, to be the Executor hereof,
each and both to serve without bond or other security as a
condition of qualification hereunder.
