decedents last known residence was 260 N. 29~' Street, Camp Hill, PA, 1701 1, SSIN 180-70-4852, died
on July 7, 2011. Notice of this claim was provided to Betsy S. Wallace, Administrator for the Estate on
September 14, 2011. A copy of this claim is also being provided.
