COMPLAINT
NOW COMES Nellie Mae Education Foundation, Plaintiff, by it attorney, Wayne G. Gracey and
sues the Defendant, Lisa M. Verbos, and states as follows:
1. That Nellie Mae Education Foundation has headquarters in Quincy, Massachusetts.
2. That Lisa M. Verbos, Defendant is a resident of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and last known
Address is 1216 Edinburg Circle, New Cumberland, PA. 17070.
3. That Defendant entered into a loan agreement and promissory Note with Plaintiff for an
Educational loan on or about July 10, 1995.
4. That despite demand for payment, Defendant has failed to pay as agreed and is in default.
5. That the balance owed with interest and late charges as of June 30, 2011 is $17,816.68.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests this Honorable Court to enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff for
