Petition for Citation sur Appeal from Decree of Probate, following a hearing held on
March 22, 2011, June 27, 2011, June 29, 2011, and September 29, 2011, and the court
finding with respect to the probated will in this case, dated April 14, 2006, that the
testator was not subjected to undue influence in connection with its creation and that the
testator did not lack testamentatory capacity at the time of its creation, the petition is
dismissed.
