attached Petition, it is hereby ORDERED AND DECREED that the Estate of Romayne F. Bretz,
deceased, shall be distributed to the persons entitled thereto as set forth in the within Petition,
and upon completion of such distribution, Charles Lee Bretz and Linda Marie Crum are
discharged as Co-Executors of the estate of the aforesaid Decedent. Members 15` FCU is hereby
directed to disburse any funds held in the account(s) of the Decedent to Charles Lee Bretz for the
purposes of disbursing the funds according to this Order.
