Gordon and Susan Gordon ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by Owners and described as follows: 216 Mill Street Mount Holly Springs, PA 17065 Tax Property Map: 40-31-2185 Parcel No.: 045 LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER & BRENNEMAN, P.C. and as more fully described in the Deed dated January 22, 2010 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania at Instrument No. 201002211, for unpaid water and sewer tapping fee, costs and services rendered and/or to be rendered and provided by the Claimant to and for the benefit of the above property pursuant to an executed written Agreement between the Claimant and Owners dated September 12, 2011, which Agreement is incorporated by reference herein. Said fees, costs and services were rendered and charged and/or will be rendered and charged pursuant to applicable rate resolutions of South Middleton Township Municipal Authority. 414.00 PO 4-r"' (Z* a 4 539b In accordance with the parties' Agreement, this claim is based upon required services and fees in the principal amount of $7,195.64 plus interest thereon in the amount of six percent (6%) per annum from October 1, 2011, the foregoing being a true and correct statement of the Owners' account with the Claimant, for which amount, with costs and attorney's fees and pursuant to the Agreement, said amount has been duly assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning October 1, 2011 and for which sum a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with Municipal Authorities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P.S. §§ 5601, et sea., as supplemented and amended and the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act, May 16, 1923 P.L. 207, 53 P.S. §§ 7101 et sea., as supplemented and amended.
