DISCLAIMER
I, GLADYS P. OTTO, as of January 1, 2011, hereby disclaim any interest to which I may be
entitled under a certain Trust under the Last Will and Testament of IVO V. OTTO JR., deceased,
dated October 12, 2000. The assets of the Trust and value thereof as of January 1, 2011 are:

Cash and rent receivable $30,190.15
Trust's one-half interest in three-quarters of that certain tract
of land consisting of approximately 99 acres, more or less, known
as parcel no. 40-09-0533-022, situate in Middlesex and South
Middleton Townships, Cumberland County, PA, and described as
Tract No. 1 in Deed dated August 31, 2010, recorded
in Cumberland County, PA, on September 2, 2010
as Instrument # 201024526 $1,485,000.00
Trust's one-half interest in approximately 65.44 acres only of that
certain tract of land consisting of approximately 75.57 acres
(the balance of 10.13 acres having been previously conveyed
by deed dated November 23, 2003 recorded in Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, Deed Book 260 page 3910 and following),
more or less, known as parcel no. 40-09-0533-009,
situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, PA,
and described as Tract No. 2 in Deed dated August 31, 2010, recorded
in Cumberland County, PA, on September 2, 2010
as Instrument # 201024526 $150.000.00
Total: $1,665,190.15
