Court Orphans' Court Rule and that the requisite notice, pursuant to Rule 5.6(e), Supreme Cou
Orphans' Court Rules, is hereby given that you have ten (10) days to file the Certification rt
Report. If the required 5.6 form is not filed in accordance with Rule 5.6(e) the Court will be
notified of such delinquency and the undersign will request that a Court conduct a hearin to
determine whether sanctions should be imposed upon the delinquent personal representatigve or
counsel for the delinquent personal representative.
