WHEREAS, KENNETH GORDON EMIG, SR., died a resident of Lowe~,~len

Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on January 6, 2011, leaving a last will and
testament which was duly entered for probate in the Office of the Register of Wills,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on January 24, 2011, where it remains of record to File
No. 21-11-0094; and
WHEREAS, letters testamentary were granted to Linda Louise Joslin, the Executrix
of the aforesaid will, by the Register of Wills of York County, Pennsylvania, on January 24,
2011; and
WHEREAS, the said Executrix has completed the administration of the estate,
having paid all debts, funeral expenses and taxes and is now ready to make distribution of
the balance to the persons entitled to receive the same; and
WHEREAS, the said Executrix has prepared her first and final account which was
exhibited to the undersigned, who is satisfied that the same is true and correct and who
desires that distribution of the balance in said estate be made without the formal filing of an
account.
NOW, THEREFORE, know all men by these presents, that I, the undersigned, being
