After ~e initial installation of the air conditioning sys~eug '.he ScoWs enjoyed a
trouble free operafiun for one season. Upon the stag up of the second season, the plastic
drain piping had failed causing condensation to leak into the ceiling area and damage the
dr3~val~
Thc t3rpe Of £aUure seen ia the piping was unusual, It appeared to have fractures
and crack.~ along a rcm-foot section. The piping was removed and replaced. The system
has bach tine.
