Hardy, Decedent's father, who resides in East Greenbush, New York. 3. As a condition of Anton G. Hardy serving as Administrator of the Estate of David Hardy, Anton G. Hardy was required to post bond, which bond was filed in the Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on August 23, 2004. 4. On November 22, 2005 this Court confirmed absolutely the First and Final Account of Anton G. Hardy with respect to the Estate of David Hardy and decreed distribution in accordance with the proposed Schedule of Distribution contained therein. 5. A Status Report under Rule 6.12 has been filed with the Office of the Register of Wills indicating that the administration of the Estate is complete. 6.
