Waiver of Liens
Whereas, Do~o, Cor,~ aet:~,, entered into a contract with Todd M. Hall of 42 Walmar vnve,
Dillsburg, PA 17019, to provide materials and perform labor necessary for construction of a residential
structure upon a lot of ground located at 13 Red Shed Rd, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
Now, therefore, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of
the said contract and for the said consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any
sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor
under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished
to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary in accordance with
the requirements of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
in such case provided.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate on the east side of Red Shed Road (T-389) in the Township of
Newton, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being shown as Lot 2 on a Final Plan
recorded in Subdivision Plan Book No. 86, pages 5, 6, 6A and 6B, and being more fully bounded and described as
follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the east side of Red Shed Road (T-389), said point being North fifty-seven (57)
degrees forty-eight (48) n~mutes thirty-eight (38) seconds West, eight and forty-five hundredths (8.45) feet from
an existing iron pin; thence, along the east side of Red Shed Road, North th/rty-two (32) degrees thirteen (13)
minutes zero (00) seconds East, one hundred thirty-five and two hundredths (135.02) feet to a point; thence, by a
fifty (50) foot private fight-of-way and a curve to the right with a radius of forty (40.00) feet, a delta angle of
eighty-nine (89) degrees fifty~eight (58) minutes, twenty-two (22) seconds, a chord bearing of North seventy-
seven (77) degrees twelve (12) minutes eleven (11) seconds East, a chord length of fifty-six and fifty-six
hundredths (56.56) feet, and an arc length of sixty-two and eighty-one hundredths (62.81) feet to an existing
concrete monument; thence, along the same, South fifty-seven (57) degrees forty-eight (48) mmutes thirty-eight
(38) seconds East, two hundred twenty two and forty-six hundredths (222.46) feet to an existing concrete
monument; thence, along Lot 6, South thirty-two (32) degrees, eleven (11) minutes th'my-seven (37) seconds
West, one hundred seventy-five (175.00) feet to an existing iron pin; thence, along lands now or formerly of Paul
Dyarman, III, North fifty~seven (57) degrees forty-eight (48) n~mutes thirty-eight (38) seconds West, two hundred
sixty-two and fifty-one hundredths (262.51) feet to a point, the POINT OF BEGINNING.
BEING PART OF THE SAME PREMISES which Diane K. Robertson and William E. Robertson, her husband,
by Deed Dated June 7, 2002, and Recorded June 21, 2002, in the Recorder's Office in and for Cumberland
County, PA, in Record Book 252, page 1450, granted and conveyed unto Mahlon N. Zimmerman, his heirs and
assigns.
