AND NOW, comes Michael A. Scherer, Esquire, attorney for Daniel ~ Daly, r.~, ~'~
Administrator of the Estate of Joanne W. Daly, deceased, and respectfully represents
as follows:
1. The Petitioner is Daniel J. Daly (hereinafter "Petitioner"), an adult
individual who resides at 15 Sandy Bottom Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17015.
2. This matter is assigned to J. Wesley Oler, Jr., who signed an Order on
October 11, 2011 approving a minor's settlement.
3. Petitioner hereby requests that the settlement be sealed since the
decedent is the mother of the minors who received part of the settlement and Petitioner
wishes to protect the minors from undue publicity and discussion surrounding the death
of their mother which may result if terms of the settlement are available to the public.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Honorable Court seal
the matter of the Petition to Approve the Settlement pursuant to PA.R.C.P. 2206 for the
reasons set forth herein.
