Petitioner's Petition for Settlement of a Small Estate pursuant to 20 Pa.C.S.A. §3102, the
proposed distribution of the Estate of Elise M. Taylor as set forth in the within Petition is
hereby approved and confirmed.
It is hereby ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the distribution of assets and
payment of debts of the Decedent and the Estate are approved as outlined in the within
Petition, such that the creditors named in paragraph 8(a} through 8(y) of said Petition
shall receive no disbursement and their claims are extinguished.
