AND NOW, this 17th day of October, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition for Probate
and Grant of Letters filed by Pamela S. Mattus and Joseph U. Metz, Esquire on October 6, 2011, as
well as the renunciations of Amanda Mattus and Paul A. Mattus, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that
the surety bond set for Pamela S. Mattus in the amount of $2,000 is waived.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters of Administration are hereby issued to
Pamela S. Mattus and Joseph U. Metz, Esquire, as co-administrators. Pamela S. Mattus and
Joseph U. Metz, Esquire shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciaries under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
